When researching voice overs we found out that a high-quality, effective voice over is a powerful tool in video production: it brings your video to life, quite literally telling your narrative . The power of voice overs offers an effective way to peak the interest in a certain audience and spread information. We used 'Final Cut Pro' to work on a voice over that we are planning to input into our final piece as the opening scene. Charlie worked on reading out a piece that was taken from within 'The Hound of the Baskerville', the novel that we are using within our piece. He focused on different tones of voice to portray the scripture with a more mysterious feel. Using the recording feature in 'Final Cut Pro' he was able to produce a voice over perfect for our piece that we can add over top of our filming later on in the production making.
